CCG pays close attention to international relations, promotes China and globalization, actively engages in international exchange, and gives full play to its role as a "Track II diplomacy" think tank. Our think tank organizes sub-forums, bilateral and multilateral events, roundtables, banquets and other activities at major international policy and opinion exchange platforms such as the Paris Peace Forum, the World Economic Forum and the Munich Security Conference to promote dialogue and build consensus among international political, business and academic circles. CCG actively engages in "Track II Diplomacy" with the policy, think tank and business communities of various countries, conducts annual research and exchanges in multiple countries, promotes interaction between Chinese and foreign parties, and maintains communication channels with the policymaking parties of various countries.

On April 9, 2020, the Center for China and Globalization (CCG) hosted an online seminar titled “COVID-19: Opportunity or challenge for US-China trade and beyond?”. Scholars from US think tanks, senior representatives from chambers of commerce, and CCG experts discussed topics such as the US-China phase one trade deal, bilateral cooperation on medical supplies, and current US-China frictions.

Professor Zheng Yongnian talks on China-US Relations at CCG
On January 21, 2020, Zheng Yongnian, director of CCG’s Academic Expert Committee and professor at the East Asian Institute at the National University of Singapore, delivered a speech on “Current and Future China-US Relations” at CCG headquarters in Beijing. Enhancing education for international understanding, promoting cultural exchanges and learning
On December 26th, the Center for China and Globalization (CCG), Beijing Royal Charity Foundation (BRCF) and Research Institute of International Education South-South Cooperation co-released the report “Education for International Understanding in China—Past, Present and Future 2019” in Beijing.
