Roundtables
CCG pays close attention to international relations, promotes China and globalization, actively engages in international exchange, and gives full play to its role as a "Track II diplomacy" think tank. Our think tank organizes sub-forums, bilateral and multilateral events, roundtables, banquets and other activities at major international policy and opinion exchange platforms such as the Paris Peace Forum, the World Economic Forum and the Munich Security Conference to promote dialogue and build consensus among international political, business and academic circles. CCG actively engages in "Track II Diplomacy" with the policy, think tank and business communities of various countries, conducts annual research and exchanges in multiple countries, promotes interaction between Chinese and foreign parties, and maintains communication channels with the policymaking parties of various countries.

CCG Seminar to Explore Implications of US Presidential Election to China-US Relations
Right after Donald Trump’s surprising victory in the US presidential election, the Center for China and Globalization held a seminar on Nov. 10, 2016, to discuss its implications to the China-US relations now and in the future. It was commonly agreed that Trump’s win was not a random result but rooted from the US political, economic and social reality and it reflects rising social conflicts and divisions on multiple levels and in multiple areas in the United States population.
