On Nov. 3, CCG and South-south International Education Research Institute jointly released the Bluebook Report on Chinese International Schools in 2018 at the 3rd Integrate to Innovate International Education Forum in Dalian. Based on the survey of Chinese international schools and their faculty, the report provides an analysis about the concept of “localized international education” and recommendation on China’s international education in the future.

The Center for China and Globalization China was ranked the top non-governmental think tank for its overall influence by the "China Think Tank Influence Report (2018)" released at the Sichuan Academy of Social Sciences on November 25, 2018. The report is an outcome of a joint study by the Sichuan Provincial Academy of Social Sciences and the Chinese Literature and Information Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Chengdu. It is also the first ranking list in China to evaluate the social influence of think tanks.

CCG Hong Kong Council publishes its report on “Global Talent in the Greater Bay Area”May 13 , 2019
On Thursday 13th December the Center for China and Globalization (CCG) published its report “Global Talent in the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau Bay Area”, which discusses the composition and development of global talent in the “Greater Bay Area.” The publishing of the report was marked by a meeting, with speeches delivered by the Director of CCG, Dr Wang Huiyao, and CCG Secretary General , Dr Miao Lu, announcing the official release of the report. The conference, held at the Jianyin International building in Hong Kong, was attended by experts, scholars and entrepreneurs from Hong Kong and the mainland, discussions on the status of global talent in the Greater bay area and its future were also held.

On January 10, 2019, CCG and Ctrip (Ctrip) jointly released the 3rd edition of the series reports on outbound tourism and China’s globalization, focusing on "Reforming China’s Visa Policy to Reduce Tourism Deficit”. The report analyzes the impact of the new trend of visa electronicalization on the China’s widening tourism deficit. It also points out the challenges facing China's visa policy and immigration management. Citing successful practice of various countries in visa policy innovation. the report suggests several measures for visa policy innovation to promote China's globalization and show the world a more open China in the new era.
