On August 22, 2024, the Center for China and Globalization (CCG) and Springer Nature jointly launched a new book,Enhancing Global Governance in a Fragmented World: Prospects, Issues, and the Role of China. This book collects the combined wisdom of 30 leading figures from the global think tank community that emphasize a common, central theme through all of the 25 essays, which is the need for a more universal, inclusive and multilateral approach to reforming global governance.

The Center for China and Globalization (CCG) held a third CCG VIP Luncheon on July 24. The luncheon was held in the historic Xianhe Hall of the club and featured Huang Yiping, Boya Distinguished Professor, Dean of the National School of Development, and Director of the Institute of Digital Finance (IDF) at Peking University, and Tu Xinquan, Professor and Dean of the China Institute for WTO Studies at the University of International Business and Economics.

On July 17, a delegation of nearly 30 U.S. students from prestigious high schools and universities visit the Center for China and Globalization (CCG) as their first stop in China. They have a dialogue with Chinese experts and CCG's young researchers and interns on sustainable development and urban planning. These students are invited by the China-United States Exchange Foundation (CUSEF) and mainly from Sidwell Friends School and Universities like Princeton University.
