  • Wang Huiyao: BRI’s role as global public good should be maximized

The Belt and Road Initiative has grown from a vision in 2013 to a series of bilateral arrangements today with the potential to serve as a global platform for international infrastructure development. • Siddharth Chatterjee Speaks @ 9th China and Globalization Forum

Ladies and gentlemen, the SDGs have to be rescued. We are in dire straits. That is the reality. There is no embellishment that we can give to it at this moment.

  • Zhou Xiaoming: In calling it a great power contest, the US is whitewashing its aggression towards China

The US-China conflict is a struggle between an aggressor and a resisting party. Casting it as a geopolitical contest suggests both parties share equal responsibility. Worse, to justify its unprovoked aggression, Washington has gone to great lengths to paint China as the attacking party and itself as the victim.
