The Center for China and Globalization (CCG) hosts a seminar on innovation and entrepreneurship of returned Chinese at the 2016 Convention on Exchange of Overseas Talents and the 18th Guangzhou Convention of Overseas Chinese Scholars in Science and Technology on Dec. 22, 2016.
