Tang Jincao

Mr. Jason Tang, founding and managing partner of Shuimu Capital, has more than 15 years’ experience in venture capital and a large number of successful cases. He has worked in IDG, Qingyun Venture Capital, Bauhinia Capital and other investment institutions, and has entrepreneurial experience. He has led and participated in the completion of more than 30 enterprises’ investment. He has accumulated 9 listings and M&A investments, and invested in star enterprises including 36Kr, Xiao Fanzhuo and so on.Mr. Tang is also the Standing Vice President of the Venture Capital Investment Committee of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Secretary-General of the China FOF Alliance and the Secretary-General of the Jing-Jin-Ji Venture Capital Alliance. Mr. Tang is a state-level entrepreneurship mentor appointed by the Ministry of Science and Technology and other five ministries. He also serves as the chairman of the expert assessment group of the National Venture Capital Guidance Fund for Emerging Industries and Shenzhen Government Guidance Fund, member of the Advisory Committee of the Connecticut Hedge Fund Association of the United States, member of the investment committee or expert consultant of more than 20 fund of funds such as Beijing Kechuang Fund, and member of editorial board of “Private Equity Investment Fund” (Subject 3) Textbook from Asset Management Association of China. Mr. Tang is also an expert judge and mentor in various entrepreneurship competitions, with more than 100 one-to-one mentoring projects each year.Mr. Tang graduated from Tsinghua University with a master’s degree.
