CCG Holds 9th China and Globalization Forum
Beijing, September 21, 2023 - The 9th China and Globalization Forum, a significant event in the Center for China and Globalization's (CCG) 15th-anniversary series, successfully concluded in Beijing. After two years, the forum returned to its offline format, drawing over 200 distinguished guests, including policymakers, diplomats, international organization representatives, experts, scholars, industry leaders, and media from across the globe. The forum provided a platform for robust discussions on pressing international issues, aiming to foster consensus and provide recommendations for China's deepening reform, active participation in globalization, and engagement in global governance.

BRICS 2023: Outcomes, Opportunities and Expectations in a Changing World Order
On September 1st 2023, the Center for China and Globalization (CCG) hosted the CCG Dialogue, “BRICS 2023: Outcomes, Opportunities and Expectations in a Changing World Order”. Experts from the BRICS founding member countries, including BRICS South Africa Sherpa Ambassador Prof. Anil Sooklal , were invited to discuss key outcomes, potential opportunities and growing expectations as the bloc grows in impact and outreach.

RSIS-MINDEF-CCG Webinar on “COVID-19 & its Impact on East Asia”
This year marks the 30th anniversary for Singapore-China relations. Although COVID-19 has disrupted physical exchanges and projects, Singapore's ties with China have emerged stronger this year. Instead of visits, engagements have taken the form of virtual meetings. In the spirit of strengthening engagement and support, RSIS co-hosted a Track 1.5 virtual workshop with the Singapore Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) and the Center for China and Globalization (CCG) on "COVID-19 and its Impact on East Asia" on 21 August 2020.

CCG signed a strategic cooperation agreement with EU-Asia centre
On November 18 2019, EU-Asia Centre and Center for China and Globalization (CCG) signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Brussels, Belgium. Piet Steel, President of the EU-Asia Center; Rui Yan, Head of culture and education, and Miao Lu, secretary-general of CCG attended the signing ceremony.
