CCG release list of “40 people in 40 years of China’s enterprise globalization”

On December 3, 2018, CCG released the Bluebook Report for Chinese Enterprise Globalization 2018, published by the Social Sciences Academic Press of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, including a list of 40 people who have made outstanding contribution to Chinese enterprise globalization in the past 40 years of reform and opening up.

The Year 2018 marks the 40th anniversary of reform and opening up, and it is also the 40th anniversary of Chinese enterprise globalization. In the past four decades, a group of key figures have made outstanding contributions to the development of the globalization of enterprises, and also exerted great impact on the process. They are important practitioners, participants and leaders of the globalization of Chinese enterprises. Through research, survey and academic studies, CCG presented a list of 40 people whom it wants to pay tribute to for their performance, contribution and influence in advancing Chinese enterprise globalization. With their successful experience, CCG intends to show a way forward for those Chinese companies that are striving to expand globally.

The list has three features: 1st , it is focused on “Chinese enterprise globalization” and only selects the people with outstanding achievement and contribution in this regard; 2nd, it is diversified and inclusive that includes the people from different time, geographic regions, and industrial sectors; 3rd, it is in line with China’s current situation with more focus on the performance of figures in the areas of “Belt and Road” initiative, China-Africa cooperation, and science and technology innovation. The list was released by CCG Secretary General Dr. Miao Lu.
