Mr. Liu Zhen, Vice President of Beijing Kuaishou Technology Co., Ltd., is responsible for Kuaishou overseas government affairs.

Before entering Kuaishou, Mr. Liu Zhen worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China. He holds a public office in the Department of Asian Affairs, Department of European Affairs, Department of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan Affairs in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China.

He also serves in overseas diplomatic offices in the Embassy of China in the United Kingdom, the Consulate General of China in San Francisco, and the Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
