The opening ceremony of the third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation (BRF) is held in Beijing. The theme of the forum is “High-quality Belt and Road Cooperation: Together for Common Development and Prosperity.” Chinese President Xi Jinping delivers a keynote speech at the ceremony.
