Li Luosha is a Senior Research Fellow at the Center for China and Globalization, a former deputy director of the Ministry of Commerce, and a former researcher at the China Center for International Economic Exchanges. From 1986 to 1992, she served as Deputy Director of the General Department of the State Information Center. 1993-2003, she served as Director of the Foreign Cooperation Department of the State Economic and Trade Commission and Deputy Inspector of the Industrial Damage Investigation Bureau, From 2003 to 2005, he served in the Ministry of Commerce of China, where he was directly involved in the research and leadership of China’s participation in the OECD negotiations on steel subsidies, and led several Chinese government delegations to Paris for multilateral negotiations and bilateral consultations with 40 countries.
