Steven Xiaoping HUANG is the Founder and Chairman of Risfond Executive Search Co.,Ltd. , born in March 1982 in Luzhou, Sichuan. Holds an EMBA degree in Future-Tech from Tsinghua SEM.

He serves as a member of the Human Resources Committee of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Director of the Senior respond executive search Committee of China Human Resources Association, and the Vice President of the Beijing Human Resources Consulting Association.

He is a Harvard Business School alumnus and an outstanding figure in the headhunting industry in China. He was awarded the “Global HR Pioneer” title by Bruce Knotts, the Chairman of the United Nations NGO.
