Democracy needs to be developed in the fast-changing world

According to a joint Washington Post-University of Maryland survey, Americans’ pride in their democracy has dropped sharply, from 90 percent in 2002 to 54 percent in 2022. Dr. Wang Huiyao, founder of the Center for China and Globalization, claims that the report shows democracy needs to be developed in the fast-changing world, and democracy also needs to be built on the domestic situation.
