China and Africa are natural partners. The cooperation with China has played a unique role in promoting much needed basic infrastructures in Ethiopia, pushing forward a sound industrialization and pulling millions out of poverty. The beauty of the partnership between China and Africa is it allows countries to choose the path of development that suits ourselves the best. The “debt trap” concept is groundless and just not helpful for Ethiopia and Africa in general.
