Lu Yue, non-resident senior fellow at Center for China & Globalization, professor, doctoral supervisor and PhD of Economics at the School of International Trade and Economics, University of International Businesses and Economics, visiting scholar of Fulbright Program, Colombia University and National University of Singapore. Professor Lu is the top 1% highly-cited scholars in the field of global economics and management and her academic focus are global value chain, the “Belt and Road Initiative”, transnational cooperation, trade and finance and others. Professor Lu has published more than 60 papers on multiple magazines, including Social Science in China, Economic Research Journal, Management World, The Journal of World Economy, China Economic Quarterly, Review of International Economics, World Economy, Economics Letters. She has composed two works specialized on global value chain and presided over two programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and one youth program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Professor Lu was awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award (Cultures and Social Sciences) for Tertiary Education of the Ministry of Education, China, Anzijie International Trade Research Award (highest Chinese award for international trade), Award for Commercial Development and Research, the Ministry of Commerce, China, Hong Yinxing Economics Award (Youth) and others.
