CCG signs MOU for Cooperation on China Outbound Forum in Sanya

Oct. 9 (Sanya, Hainan)-CCG signed a memorandum with two key partners for the cooperation on the upcoming Inaugural Meeting of the China Outbound Forum.
With a goal to become the new “Davos Forum” for Chinese outbound investment companies, the Forum will hold the first annual meeting on 21-23 November, 2014, at the Intercontinental Hotel in Sanya, Hainan. The theme this year is “2014: shaping the next phase of going global”.
The Inaugural Meeting of the Forum will gather a number of renowned business leaders from China and abroad and influential politicians, experts and media.It will also release CCG’s newly-published Report on Globalization of Chinese enterprises, and the lists of Top 50 leading Chinese Outbound Investment Companies and Top 50 Pioneering Chinese Outbound Investment Companies.
The Forum is jointly organized by CCG, Sanya municipal government, China Association of International Economic Cooperation (CAFIEC) of the Ministry Commerce, and Smadja & Smadja Strategic Advisory, a strategic consulting firm responsible with the Davos annual meeting of World Economic Forum.

At the signing ceremony, CCG Vice Director and the Forum’s Secretary-General Ms. Frances Sun signed the memorandum with Mr. Wu Junyan, the executive vice mayor of Sanya municipal government, and Mr.Claude Smadja, the President of Smadja & Smadja Strategy.
Mr. Wu said that Sanya,one of the most internationalized cities in China, strongly supports Chinese enterprises going global and warmly welcomes the Forum to chooseSanya as its permanent venue. Sanya municipal government will spare no effort to provide support to the Forum.
