Mr. Zhang Yi, Chairman of China Management Committee of King & Wood Mallesons, specializes in PE fund formation and investments, M&A, corporate restructuring and domestic/overseas IPOs, as well as outbound M&A for “going-global” Chinese companies.
Mr. Zhang Yi received his LL.M. from Stanford Law School. He also has an Executive MBA degree from the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. Mr. Zhang is qualified to practice law in both the PRC and New York State, USA. He is also a registered foreign lawyer in Hong Kong.
Mr. Zhang was awarded the title of National Excellent Lawyer and has served as legal advisor to Shanghai Municipality Government.
