Zeng Xiangquan, a famous scholar in Chinese laborscience areas, former Dean of School of Labor and Human Resources, Renmin University of China, a senior visiting scholar of U.S. Fulbright Program and Germany DAAD, a specially-appointed professor of MoE “Changjiang Scholars”, who has Special government allowances of the State Council.

Professor Zeng graduated from Renmin University of China, and obtained his doctoral degree.
