Dr. Lin Jiabin, Senior Research Fellow, Department of Social Development Research, DRC.
He graduated from Tsinghua University in July 1982. From 1983 to 1989, he studied at Tokyo University and got his doctor degree at March 1989. He joined the UN Centre for Regional Development at April 1990, and worked there until June 1995. Then he worked for DRC till now. His research interests covered following areas: social governance, regional planning, resource and environment policy, urban development, emergency management, property tax, housing policy.
