As a pioneer “new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics,” CCG is dedicated to researching think tank theories and continuously innovating management practices, promoting the innovative development of Chinese think tanks, and promoting academic exchanges and management experience sharing between Chinese think tanks and academic experts and international top think tanks through multiple channels. Over the past ten years, CCG has been actively learning from cutting-edge ideas and management practices of international top think tanks, and has been exploring new ways to meet the needs of Chinese think tanks by sending visiting scholars, "going global" international exchange, organizing the annual China Global Think Tank Innovation Forum, and seminars for international top think tanks, publishing research works, and cooperating with international think tanks. CCG has developed into one of the leading non-governmental think tanks in China.

40 Ambassadors and Diplomats Attend CCG Open Day
As spring finally arrives in the city, on March 23, the Center for China and Globalization (CCG) hosted its very first open day in 2021 at our newly expanded Beijing headquarters. Around 100 distinguished guests, including 40 ambassadors and diplomats, government officials, policy advisors, heads of international organizations and groups, senior business executives, media representatives, and members of the CCG advisory council attended this event. The event featured two acclaimed cultural programs, “Ancient Tang Poems from iSing” and “Searching for Kung Fu”which seek to fuse Chinese and Western heritage, promoting appreciation of Chinese culture and cross-cultural exchange in unique ways. Wang Huiyao, president of CCG, welcomed all the guests and said that here at CCG, we hope to build a bridge between China and the West, enhance understanding and resolve differences. As we open our newly renovated multifunctional conference area, CCG hopes to facilitate more open dialogue and exchange, as well as to host more offline events and promote international collaboration. Further, Wang introduced “Searching for Kung Fu” and “Ancient Tang Poems from iSing”, stating that both programs show dedication to advance understanding of traditional Chinese culture and multiculturalism.
