American young polititians visit CCG
On October 13, 2023, a delegation of American young politicians visited the Center for China and Globalization (CCG), and had a dialogue with President of CCG Dr. Henry Wang Huiyao,Secretary-General of CCG Dr. Mabel Miao Lu and other CCG experts, along with several members of the Global Young Leaders Dialogue (GYLD) Program. The meeting was very constructive and informative.

CCG Holds 9th China and Globalization Forum
Beijing, September 21, 2023 - The 9th China and Globalization Forum, a significant event in the Center for China and Globalization's (CCG) 15th-anniversary series, successfully concluded in Beijing. After two years, the forum returned to its offline format, drawing over 200 distinguished guests, including policymakers, diplomats, international organization representatives, experts, scholars, industry leaders, and media from across the globe. The forum provided a platform for robust discussions on pressing international issues, aiming to foster consensus and provide recommendations for China's deepening reform, active participation in globalization, and engagement in global governance.

BRICS 2023: Outcomes, Opportunities and Expectations in a Changing World Order
On September 1st 2023, the Center for China and Globalization (CCG) hosted the CCG Dialogue, “BRICS 2023: Outcomes, Opportunities and Expectations in a Changing World Order”. Experts from the BRICS founding member countries, including BRICS South Africa Sherpa Ambassador Prof. Anil Sooklal , were invited to discuss key outcomes, potential opportunities and growing expectations as the bloc grows in impact and outreach.

On April 28, 2023, a new book by the father of “soft power” Joseph S. Nye Jr., former dean of the Harvard Kennedy School, titled Soft Power and Great-Power Competition: Shifting Sands in the Balance of Power Between the United States and China, was released at the headquarters of the Center for China and Globalization (CCG) in Beijing.
