CCG Hosts Roundtable Discussion for Overseas Chinese Business Leaders and Think Tanks at Boao Forum
On March 26, 2017, Mr. Huiyao Wang, President of the Center for China and Globalization (CCG) hosted a roundtable discussion with overseas Chinese business leaders and think tank scholars at the 2017 Boao Forum. The event was focused on how Chinese business community around the world can capitalize on the opportunities provided by China’s “One Belt, One Road” initiatives.

EU TRADE COMMISSION VISITS CCG
On the afternoon of February 22, 2017, the secretary general of the European Union Commission for trade in the department of Asia and Latin America, Ms. Helena Konig, together with the director of the office of the EU delegation to China, Ulrich Weigl, led a delegation to visit the CCG headquarters in Beijing. On behalf of CCG, President Dr. Wang Huiyao and Secretary General Ms. Miao Lu received the guests and discussed with them the Chinese companies in Europe, global trade in the Trump era, China-EU relations and other issues.

CCG conducts “China- Canada Economic and Trade Round Table”
On the 9th of February, the Center for China and Globalization (CCG) joined the Canadian think tank- Centre for International Governance Innovation organizing the “China- Canada Economic round table” at CCG’s Beijing headquarters. The scholars agreed at the seminar that the two countries should strength communication and deepen understanding of each other to explore more cooperation in innovation and cultural exchange.
