CCG pays close attention to international relations, promotes China and globalization, actively engages in international exchange, and gives full play to its role as a "Track II diplomacy" think tank. Our think tank organizes sub-forums, bilateral and multilateral events, roundtables, banquets and other activities at major international policy and opinion exchange platforms such as the Paris Peace Forum, the World Economic Forum and the Munich Security Conference to promote dialogue and build consensus among international political, business and academic circles. CCG actively engages in "Track II Diplomacy" with the policy, think tank and business communities of various countries, conducts annual research and exchanges in multiple countries, promotes interaction between Chinese and foreign parties, and maintains communication channels with the policymaking parties of various countries.

On July 7, 2023, the “The Report on the Development of Chinese Youth in New Professions under the New Employment patterns” researched and written by Center for China and Globalization (CCG) and Tencent Youth Development Committee was officially released at the 2023 Global Youth Conference. Based on the current youth employment situation, the report focuses on the emerging new employment forms, reveals the opportunities and challenges it brings to the youth group, and makes suggestions for promoting the growth of young people.

As of July 3rd, downloads of The Asian 21st Century e-book exceeded 3 million! The book, authored by Singapore veteran diplomat Kishore Mahbubani, is part of the “China and Globalization” series, which is jointly published by the Center for China and Globalization (CCG) and Springer Nature Group.

Report on Talent Development in Asia under Technology Transformation (2023)
Report on Talent Development in Asia under Technology Transformation (2023), which is the first talent report released by AGTO. Starting with the impact of technological changes on talent development, the research team analyzed literature and conducted surveys on practitioners, experts, and youths from various industries. The team found that the Asian human resources (HR) market has seen a shift towards job polarization in the context of technological changes. Respondents were mainly concerned about the impact of global economic state on their jobs, and about related issues such as company integrity and transparency, hybrid work and interpersonal space.
