Topics discussed concerned China’s global talent policies and Chinese companies’ urgent need of global executive talents.

The forum shared the achievements and experiences of worldwide talent research with the attendees, and include the following aspects: suggestions and solutions provide by world first-class executive search consultants; the successful high-end talents management of multinational corporations; China State-owned enterprises and Chinese private enterprises; the research on the demand and management of international talent conducted by internationally acclaimed experts.

As an international platform for the study of China’s global talents, the forum aimed to discuss the opportunity of sharing international talents, promoting the cooperation between high-end talents and companies. We believe that China Going Global:The Executive Talents Challenge will become a brand activity in the field of international talent executive search and an annual international festival of global talent development.
