Before that, Li was Country Chair of VivaKi Greater China of Publicis Groupe, a world’s leading advertising and media group.
Previously, Li was Chief Representative of Viacom, China and Managing Director of MTV Networks, Greater China.
For 4 consecutive years, Li Yifei has been selected as one of the 50 Most Powerful Women by Fortune since October 2001. In addition, Li was selected as one of Ten Women to Watch in Asia by the Wall Street Journal in 2005 and 2006.
Li Yifei is a global trustee of the Rockefeller Foundation. She is an independent board member of GAVI (Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization). She is also a member of the board of the Jackson Institute for Global Affairs of Yale University and a member of Yale Asia Development Council.
Li has a Bachelor of Law degree from Foreign Affairs College in Beijing and an M.A. in International Relations in the United States.
