Director of Global Affairs and Special Advisor to the President of the University of Macau, Honorary and Chair Professor at Fudan University
Mr. Feng Da Xuan is a renowned physicist (nuclear physics, quantum physics) and educator, a Fellow of the American Physical Society. He is currently the Director of Global Affairs and Special Advisor to the President of the University of Macau and is an Honorary and Chair Professor at Fudan University, Nanjing University, and many other Mainland universities. He has held such important positions as Chair Professor of Physics at Drexel University, Director of the Theoretical Physics Group at the National Science Foundation, Vice President for Research and Professor of Physics at the University of Texas at Dallas, Senior Vice President of Tsinghua University and National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan, and Advisory Board Member of Oak Ridge National Laboratory and Brookline National Laboratory in the United States. He is fluent in English, Chinese, and Malay, and has a deep knowledge of literature and writing, often writing columns about his ideas and experiences to contribute to society and to promote the internationalization of knowledge and culture. He is also the Honorary Dean of the Institute of Belt and Road Studies at Hainan University.
