Ma enduo, who is the chairman and general manager of Shenzhen Amos Food Group, studied in Department of Foreign Trade, institute of Economics, Yunnan University as Hunan Xinning County liberal arts champion in 1989. During the period of entrepreneurship, he has been re-educated in Peking University, Tsinghua University and Yangtze River Guest school. After graduation in 1993, he came to Shen Zhen Tewei Industry Co., Ltd, engaging in Thailand rice import and domestic sales and won the annual sales champion for many times. In 1998, he was engaged in food export in grain and food import and export company under Shenzhen Foreign trade Group and won Silver export salesman of Foreign Trade Group for many times. Later, he founded Shenzhen Amos Food Group in 2004 and led the company to become a leading confectionery export enterprise in China, a global creative confectionery head role, and a leading brand of nutritional confectionery in China, leading the trend of candy development in China and even the world. These years, he won the title of One hundred industry leaders in Shenzhen in 2020 and won the title of China’s food industry growth benchmark in 2021.

Ma enduo is passionate about public welfare and leads the team to participate in a number of charity work as a sweet messenger, such as donating to fight the epidemic in Wuhan and Shenzhen, and the flood in Henan, subsidizing poverty students, orphans in Shenzhen and children in the mountain areas and so on.

Ma enduo assumes many social postions, including vice-president of Shenzhen Commerce Federation, vice-president of Guangdong Yunnan Chamber of Commerce and president of Shenzhen Alumni Association of Yunnan University.
