Jimmy Lo Chun To was appointed as a non-executive director REIT Manager in 2006. He is an executive director and a vice chairman of Century City International Holdings Limited (CCIHL)； an executive director, vice chairman and managing director of Paliburg Holdings Limited (PHL); an executive director, vice chairman and  managing director of Cosmopolitan; and an executive director of Regal Hotels International Holdings Limited (RHIHL)， of which Regal REIT is a listed subsidiary.

Jimmy Lo Chun To graduated from Cornell University, New York, with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. He is primarily involved in overseeing the Cosmopolitan group’s property projects in China.
