The dean and professor at School of International Relations, University of International Business and Economics
Dr. Dai is the dean and professor at School of International Relations, University of International Business and Economics, also entitled to the ‘China’s Special Allowances for State Council Expert in Social Sciences’. Dai has earned a doctorate degree in law from Renmin University of China. He has conducted a joint research project at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Governance in the United States as well as been invited as a post-doctoral fellow at the School of Public Administration of Seoul National University.
Provided with his extensive expertise in Political Science Theory, Comparative Politics to Globalization and International Economic Relations, International Political Economies. Dr. Dai is the chief expert of China’s National Social Science research program in association with the 19th Congress Meeting of the Communist Party in China. He has also presided over 20 key projects of the National Social Science Fund and Beijing Social Science Fund.
Dai has published over 80 academic articles in both Chinese national and foreign academic journals, which also have been selected for republication by authoritative journals. His publications include Chinese Government Reform, Governance Transformation and Public Participation under International Comparative Perspective (English), The Belt and Road Initiative and the International Community (English), and Talent Flow and Allocation in Developed Countries. Many of his papers have been adopted by the State Council, Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee and other Party and government departments or approved by Party and state leaders. Dr. Dai’s works have been widely referred and cited by Chinese State Council and national leaders, drawing significant attention from the world’s academia.
