Wang Xinghua, male, member of the Communist Party of China, was born in Shuangliu, Chengdu, Sichuan in December 1953. He graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering of Sichuan University, and is Master of Engineering Management from Tianjin University of Technology, Master of Engineering Management from University of Quebec, Canada, EMBA Doctor of Business Administration, as well as a Senior Engineer, Registered supervision engineer, and member of the Architectural Society of China.

He has served as a member and standing committee member of the 8th and 9th CPPCC of Shuangliu County, the 10th Shuangliu County People’s Representative, executive member of Chengdu Federation of Industry and Commerce, and vice chairman of Shuangliu District Federation of Industry and Commerce.

He once served as the deputy general manager and chief engineer of Chengdu Xingda Construction Engineering Company, and the director of Sichuan Shuxi Supervision Company. He is currently the chairman of Chengdu Huawangfu Group.

During his tenure as a construction worker, construction director, deputy general manager, chief engineer, and director, he worked diligently and earnestly, and received numerous commendations and awards.

In 2010, he was named “Excellent CPPCC Member” of Shuangliu County CPPCC

In 2011, he was appraised as “Advanced Individual of Filial Piety and Respect for the Elderly” by Shuangliu County Committee on Aging

In 2015, won the star title of “National Filial Piety and Respect for the Elderly”.

In September 2016, he was hired as the vice chairman of the first board of directors by “Sichuan University Global Alumni Entrepreneur Biopharmaceutical Association”
