Wang Tongxun, the director of Academic Committee of China Talent Research Institute, former dean of Chinese Academy of Personnel Science, visiting professor of Shanghai Jiaotong University, doctoral supervisor of Princeton University and Capital University of Economics, Regierungsrat of Beijing government.

Because of his outstanding work in talent study and human resources development, he obtained Special government allowances of the State Council, and he is one of founders and pioneers of Chinese science of personnel theory.
