Li Shuguang is a professor of China University of Politics and Law, director of the Bankruptcy Law and Restructuring Research Center, Dean of the Graduate School of the China University of Political Science and Law. He is a senior researcher for the China Institute for Restructuring Economic System of the State Council and a member of the Advisors Committee of the Beijing Bar Association. He is a member of the Drafting Working Group of the New Bankruptcy Law and a member of the Drafting Working Group of the State-owned Assets Law of the of the National People’s Congress. In 2008, Prof. Li has accepted the honorable invitation from American College of Bankruptcy to become its Fellows of 19th class, and so far the only foreign member in this college from China.
